• Artist Statement

  As a wood carver, I use the wood's characteristics to create wood sculptures. My creations demand extraordinary skill and considerable discipline as all my carvings are created by hand and without the use of power tools. Working with wood is my passion as the wood "speaks" to me. I use what others may consider imperfections in the wood to create unique one of a kind wood sculptures. The prominent elements in my work are the dedication and insight to create the work. But most importantly, all my designed are designed to be touched.
