1. What is primitive Art.?
primitive art – a genre of art and outdoor constructions made by untrained artists who do not recognize themselves as artists. naive art, outsider art, self-taught art, vernacular art. genre – a class of art (or artistic endeavor) having a characteristic form or technique. Primitive art is not constrained by any particular discipline or medium; it’s a practice that requires no specific means. A primitive form of art that is based on primitive experiences, not necessarily derived from any known source. It is an approach to an ancient art in which it is based on the ancient truth of the individual’s past. Primitive art is a collection of symbolic imagery and imagery from the past that has been passed down through the generations.
2. What Is Prophetic Art
Prophetic Art is a personal revelation from the Holy Spirit expressed through the author’s imaginative and technical skill for the purpose of edification, encouragement, consolation, conviction, or guidance (yet not always free from human error) to the body of Christ. An art that is inspired by an experience that is believed to be beyond human knowledge. Prophetic art is based on ancient and unknown ideas and beliefs but revealed by the Holy Spirit within.
Natural talents and spiritual gifts are closely related. A believer with a natural talent may also have the spiritual gift of encouragement and can use both abilities.
