Artist Statement
Originally from Memphis, TN, I spent 18 years performing & recording in Oklahoma City before spending 3 years in Starkville, MS. My husband and I moved to the Shreveport area this summer. -
Resume
I'm a classically trained guitarist who performs a variety of styles on my nylon-string guitar, as well as on my steel string and 11-string harp guitars. I have recorded 13 cds, 4 of which consist only of my original works. I have composed and produced 4 Christmas musicals, directing string quartets, vocalists, and jazz trios. I've taught private piano and guitar lessons since high school; I've also taught college-level music theory, piano, and guitar.
