It has always surprised and pleased me that God gave me a talent for drawing, and I feel that this talent has to do with my purpose in life. I have loved to draw ever since I was a child. My favorite mediums are charcoal and watercolor, and I like to draw just about everything-people, animals, houses, landscapes. I also like calligraphy. When I draw, I feel at peace; and it really encourages me when others admire my work. I like the challenge that drawing brings--for instance, with the drawing of a house, what angle and what proportion to use. When I was a teen-ager, my friends and I would compete with each other as we drew our ideas of a super hero. I also like to visit art galleries to admire the work of other artists.
