• About me

  I enjoy most of my time outdoors, so nature influences a lot of my artwork.My art is a symphony of emotions and color. When I'm painting it's a wonderful flow of movement while listening to the music of the colors.Although it's wonderful to have the ability to create art work in my own style, if someone has something in particular they'd like I can replicate it exactly.During this embrace it brings my vision into a tangible art piece that is very much alive. Whether its soft flowing lines that gently curve or waft throughout most of my drawings, playing with perspectives, sometimes subtle optical illusions, or two different drawings within an art piece.I designed, painted, and recently finished a new 3,800 sq. ft. public mural project of the Shreveport Regional Arts Council, commissioned by the Shreveport-Bossier Convention & Tourist Bureau, on the Shreveport- Bossier Visitor Bureau Crockett St. southern exterior wall across from the Festival Plaza in downtown Shreveport, Louisiana."Call to Action" is meant to be a catalyst of change for a brighter Shreveport in an ambitious challenge as the first mural of it's kind locally. It has its own colorful graphic art design appeal during the day, LED Neon enhancement across the top length of the mural, with motion sensors above the vignettes, which will light up individually, being interactive as you stroll by during the night.The mural also meant to be enjoyed from a pedestrian point of view.The colors remain vibrant rain or shine, and turn wonderful different hues during sunrise, or sunset, as well as with the Led Neon enhancement at night. Besides being able to walk, or park on the artwork that extends from the wall onto the sidewalk into the street, there are also several hidden images just for fun. Each time you visit you may see something you hadn't noticed before…...
